With an open mind and clear vision, from her early days as a manager, up to being President of the Board of Management of a large Brazilian state-owned company in the energy sector, she has been advising corporations and coaching professionals on strategic planning and career development at the international level. As Head of the World Nuclear University, she noted the gigantic demand for executive coaching, including preparing corporate Board members.
